Mangled Curlew Remains

Killard Beach.

Walk with parents and dog.

Childhood nostalgia for the sandstone rocks, now altered and morphed through erosion and memory.

Big space above the sea, lots of light and air, clear and crisp.

Curlew feathers, story and drawing.

Just before going up hill to car and tea, I find the butchered remains of a curlew.

Curlew Feather, mixed media on black card.
