I walked 750 kilometres of the Camino de Santiago from Pamplona to Santiago de Compostella during February and March 2013. The slow rhythm achieved while walking the camino had a great influence on me. Food was fuel. I watched the landscape change naturally. I became closely acquainted with solitary thinking, extreme monotony, simplicity, minimalism, pure pain and exhaustion, intimate camaraderie and solidarity.
